Obvio ! company acquired by Vrooom!

 

"Vrooom! electric vehicles" today announced it has acquired 100% of the shares and assets of Obvio !,  the Brazilian automotive company, including the highly acclaimed OBVIO ! models designed by Anisio Campos, which were presented at several premier events and shows in the United States. With this acquisition, Vrooom! working with Anisio Campos will bring to market a range of exciting, fun and affordable new generation electric vehicles based on the original OBVIO! Designs for production in Brazil.

 

Vrooom! will continue to develop the excellent relationship Obvio! established with a number of leading high technology automotive design houses in Europe, Asia and the United States and the extensive portfolio of "Tier1" suppliers and all the in depth knowledge in the automotive field that was generated.

 

The professional team assembled by Obvio ! will be transferred to Vrooom!, ensuring the smooth and robust implementation of an industrial base for production of Brazilian electric vehicles, in association with significant corporate partners from Brazil, England, Canada, United States, India and China.   Rio de Janeiro, 9th.
